By accessing or using Massage Marketplace ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Massage Marketplace is a directory platform that connects massage therapy service providers with potential clients. The Platform allows providers to list their services and clients to browse and contact providers. We do not directly provide massage therapy services.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
  • One account per person; duplicate accounts may be suspended.

4. Provider Obligations

  • Providers must hold valid licenses and certifications as required by their local jurisdiction.
  • Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their profile information, service descriptions, and pricing.
  • Providers must maintain an active subscription to appear in the directory.
  • Providers must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

5. Client Obligations

  • Clients must provide honest reviews and not post misleading or defamatory content.
  • Clients are responsible for verifying provider credentials independently.
  • Clients must treat providers with respect and professionalism.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour towards other users.
  • Attempting to circumvent platform security measures.
  • Using the Platform for any illegal purpose.
  • Scraping or automated data collection without permission.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Massage Marketplace or its content suppliers. Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant the Platform a non-exclusive licence to display that content.

8. Limitation of Liability

Massage Marketplace is a directory service only. We do not employ, endorse, or guarantee any service provider. The Platform is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by listed providers. Use of the Platform and any services obtained through it is at your own risk.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Providers may cancel their subscription at any time. Upon termination, your profile will be removed from the directory.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
