1. Subscription Overview
Massage Marketplace operates on a subscription-based model for service providers. Clients can browse the directory and contact providers for free.
- Subscription fee: $29.99 per month
- Billing cycle: Monthly (30 days from activation)
- Listing visibility: Your profile appears in the directory only while your subscription is active.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
Cryptocurrency
- Bitcoin (BTC)
- Ethereum (ETH)
- USD Coin (USDC)
Cryptocurrency payments are monitored automatically. Your subscription will be activated once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain.
Bank Transfer
Bank transfers are verified manually by our administration team. Processing may take 1-3 business days.
3. Payment Verification
- Crypto payments: Verified automatically via blockchain monitoring. Confirmation typically occurs within 1 hour of the transaction being broadcast.
- Bank transfers: Verified manually by our team. You will receive an email confirmation once your payment has been processed.
- If payment verification fails, you will be notified by email with instructions on how to resolve the issue.
4. Subscription Renewal
Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You will need to submit a new payment before your current subscription period ends to maintain your listing. We will send a reminder email 7 days before your subscription expires.
5. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- Your listing will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- After cancellation, your profile will be hidden from the directory but your account and data will be preserved.
6. Refund Policy
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.
- Refunds are issued at our discretion and may be prorated based on usage.
- Cryptocurrency refunds will be returned to the original sending address.
- Bank transfer refunds will be returned to the originating bank account.
- Processing fees (if any) are non-refundable.
7. Failed Payments
If a payment fails or is rejected:
- Your subscription will not be activated or renewed.
- You will be notified by email with details about the failure.
- You may submit a new payment at any time.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Payment Policy from time to time. Active subscribers will be notified of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
